Black and White Rainbow Music

On the way home from school today, that new Killers song came on the radio. [link] Now, I'll be the first to admit, I'm really not that good at evaluating poetry or intense lyrics or anything of the sort, but I can at least offer my own personal interpretation of things. This seems to be a talent not many possess, and it's REALLY starting to get on my nerves! This song is really just the topper for something that's been building up for a long time.

Am I the only one that's bothered by that? If you can't be bothered to look up the lyrics and really put some thought in the meaning, why even listen to it at all? It just! Grr! Makes no sense to me!

Granted, I really hate the afternoon DJ, and she really irritated me by playing this song and then complaining about not understanding the lyrics. XD That may be where this is coming from! Anyway, this was made when I came home today, all riled up about this song. It's supposed to somehow show how a lot of people just hear music as black and white, nothing more. Like Britney Spears' "Womanizer". I'll admit, it's a fun song! I love it! XD But it's kind of obvious what it's about. I'll take my rainbow music and you can have your black and white music.
